Health and Wellness Fest developed with the support of the Municipality of Santa Maria da Feira in September 2015. The initiative arose from the need to bring to the local population, several complementary therapies in order to break taboos and preconceptions and inspire a healthier, natural lifestyle – by making better food choices, engaging in different physical activities (yoga, pilates, tai-chi, chi kung), exploring personal care (mindfulness, natural cosmetics, massage, ayurveda & selfcare, etc.), amongst others.
