GRAM FLOUR & QUINOA LOAF

Preparation and Baking time: 75 mins
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup gram flour
- 1 cup organic quinoa flour
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- 1 handful of mixed seed – pumpkin and sunflower
- 1tsp cider vinegar
- 1tsp honey
- 200 ml water
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tsp poppy seeds
Preheat the hoven to 180ºC.
In a glass pot add the dried goods.
Wisk the eggs and add the vinegar, honey and melted coconut oil.
Mix both mixes well until obtaining a thick dough (not too thick though, you need moisture…).
Cover a tin (medium loaf size) with baking sheet and add the dough. Top with the poppy seeds.
Bake for 50 – 60 minutes and voilá!
