  • 1 cup dates
  • 5 tbsp hemp hearts (extra to roll 3 energy balls)
  • 3 tbsp shredded coconut (extra roll to cover 3 energy balls)
  • 2 tbsp organic cocoa powder (extra to roll 3 energy balls)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt


1 Soak dates in water for 30 minutes.

2 Drain and blend with the hemp hearts, shredded coconut and cocoa.

3 Add vanilla extract and sea salt and blend for 10 sec.

4 Make small balls with your hands and roll 3 of each in the extras so you can make a trio!
