INGREDIENTS E PREPARATION |

  • 1 bun (I opted for a spelt and poppy seeds bun)
  • 1 medium sized beef burger (around 120gr) – locally raised and grass-fed beef. – Grill for 10min.
  • 1 slice of soft goat cheese. – Grill for 3 min.
  • Handful of cherry tomatoes. – serve on the side
  • Handful of lamb’s lettuce.
  • 1 teaspoon of Mustard, to spread in the top slice of the bun.
