INGREDIENTS & PREPARATION |

  • ½ papaya (small)
  • 1 handful walnuts
  • 250 ml unsweetened yogurt (soya yogurt as alternative)
  • Pinch cinnamon

Cut the papaya into cubes, mix in with the yogurt, top with the walnuts and pinch of cinnamon. Alternatively, mix and match fruits that you like or have in today!
