Preparation and Baking time: 35 a 40 mins

  • 250 gr organic rolled oats
  • 100 gr of organic pumpkin seeds
  • 50 ml date syrup
  • 2 tsp of coconut oil
  • Pinch of Himalayan salt

1 Pre-heat the oven at 160ºC.

2 Blend the ingredient together, either using food processor or with your hands or utensils.

3 Place a baking sheet in a oven tray and pour to mix onto it. Oven for 30 min, but I would advise to keep an eye on it. You want a caramel colour, not a dark brown in the oats (some areas make look darker because of the date syrup and cinnamon combo).
