● 1 cup of pitted dates
● 2 cups flaked oats
● 4 tablespoons cashew butter
● 1/2 cup honey
● pinch of sea salt
- 3 tablespoons grated coconut
- 3 tablespoons carob flour
- 3 tablespoons milled pistachios
In a mill, grind the oat flakes until you get a thin flour.
Soak the dates in water for 30 minutes. Drain and mix in a processor with cashew butter, honey, oat flour and salt. Make small balls with the aid of a spoon for fruit balls; place the coconut, carob and pistachio extras in separate cups – just place the balls one at a time in the cups and stir so that they are covered by the extra ingredient.
