POST AM-EXERCISE BREAKFAST BOWL

Nutrition: per section 351 Kcal; Fat: 11.68 gr; saturated fats: 1.52 gr; monounsaturated fats: 5.09 gr; polyunsaturated fats: 3.15 gr; carbohydrates: 31.45 gr; Sugars: 28.05 gr; Fiber: 7.19 gr; Protein: 25.99 gr; salt: 0.61 gr

INGREDIENTS |

  • 1 fairtrade banana (keep ¼ to decorate)
  • 2-3 strawberries
  • 100ml soya milk (or other vegetable milk)
  • 1 scoop of vegan (used a vegan protein powder – Plantforce® Synergy)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Toppings

  • Banana (1/4)
  • Handful pomegranate seeds
  • Pinch of shredded coconut
  • 10-12 pistachios

PREPARATION |

1 In a blender, add all ingredients, except the toppings, and blend for 1 minute.

2 Pour into a bowl and add the toppings as you like.

TIP | Have fun with the toppings, create new flavours and new ideas for photography perhaps!
