- 1 fairtrade banana (keep ¼ to decorate)
- 2-3 strawberries
- 100ml soya milk (or other vegetable milk)
- 1 scoop of vegan (used a vegan protein powder – Plantforce® Synergy)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Banana (1/4)
- Handful pomegranate seeds
- Pinch of shredded coconut
- 10-12 pistachios
In a blender, add all ingredients, except the toppings, and blend for 1 minute.
Pour into a bowl and add the toppings as you like.
