RASPBERRIES SMOOTHIE

Nutrition: per portion 236,74 Kcal; Fat: 10,12 gr; saturated fats: 1,15 gr; monounsaturated fats: 4,9 gr; polyunsaturated fats: 3 gr; carbohydrates: 16,86 gr; Sugars: 15,05 gr; Fiber: 7,39 gr; Protein: 14,99 gr; salt: 0,29 gr.

INGREDIENTS |

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 scoop Plantforce Sinergy Life, vegan protein (20gr), natural flavour
  • 150 ml almond drink
  • 1 handfull of raspberries (around 100 gr; preferably locally harvested)
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • Add: 2 tbsp almonds

PREPARATION |

1 Mix all ingredients (except almonds) in a blender until you get a frosty liquid consistency. Pour onto 2 tall cups and on the side nibble the almonds to add healthy fats to this nutritious liquid breakfast.
