TRAIL MIX GRANOLA

Preparation and cooking time: 35 to 40 mins
- 300 gr organic rolled oats
- 75gr hemp hearts
- 75 gr of organic pumpkin seeds
- 100 gr dried mixed berries
- 25gr chopped walnuts
- 25gr almond flakes
- 100 ml molasses or maple syrup
- 3 tsp of coconut oil
- 1 coffee spoon of sea salt
- 1 full teaspoon cinnamon
Pre-heat the oven at 160ºC.
Blend the ingredient together, either using food processor or with your hands or utensils.
Place a baking sheet in a oven tray and pour to mix onto it. Oven for 30 min, but I would advise to keep an eye on it. You want a caramel colour, not a dark brown in the oats (some areas make look darker because of the molasses and cinnamon combo).
Enjoy with yogurt, fruit puree, milk, vegetable drinks. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
